Anxiety-Anonymous History

Anxiety - Anonymous is an all-volunteer non-denominational Christian based ministry that serves all. It was founded in 2012 by a Gerontologist, Licensed Health Care Administrator, College Professor, Licensed Social Worker, and Christian Healing minister. A multi-disciplinary approach to providing the best information possible on how to manage anxiety and the renewing of the mind journey that sacred scripture commands.

"Thinking more than anything else conceals like a manhole cover the unconscious and its contents. When you take off the cover, the contents or the odor of the contents will emerge into consciousness, and most people will put the cover back on. No one enjoys the feeling of moral corruption that are stored in the un conscious. In the concrete, it is stored in the body wbich is the warehouse for the undigested emotional material of a whole lifetime. We have to acknowledge that as our own, and to face it, feel it, give it to God, and then it' is gone"
